Name: Marcin Grüner
Age: 26
From: Kraków, Poland
When it all started/Why: It all started about 7 years ago, when I studied and lived in Nysa, at the first year of Architecture and Urban Planing University. I bought then my first camera, it was Zenit 11 from secondhand shop. I really liked the idea of film cameras, unlike digital photgraphy where everybody are doing massive amount of photos, I try to plan carefully every frame of the film.. Now, my idea of digital photography has changed a bit but my heart will always stay with film photography.
Inspirations: Everyday life, simplicity, dissimilarity, interesting people.
Photographers you like: This is always the hardest question for me.. If I had to choose who at this moment inspires and motivate me to take good pictures, I’d say:
Christian Pitschl (http://christianpitschl.com/),
Hans Nostdahl (http://cargocollective.com/hansnostdahl),
Sannah Kvist (http://sannahkvist.se/),
Kuba Dąbrowski (http://www.kubadabrowski.com/),
Bryan Schutmaat (http://www.bryanschutmaat.com/),
Matthew Genitempo (http://www.matthewgenitempo.com/),
Lina Scheynius (http://www.linascheynius.com/)
and lot more..
What is your favorite subject in photography: Capturing the simple, ordinary moments and habits often unnoticed by us.
